Dr. Trevor Hislop is a Marriage and Family Therapist, speaker, podcast host, and clinical leader with more than 25 years of experience serving individuals, couples, families, leaders, and organizations. He serves as Chief Development Officer at LiveWell Behavioral Health, Executive Director of the LiveWell Center for Health and Wellness, and Clinical Director of LiveWell’s Faith-Based Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program.
Dr. Trevor brings together clinical insight, theological depth, and practical wisdom to help people pursue deeper health, stronger relationships, and lasting transformation. His work focuses on relational depth, marriage and family dynamics, leadership development, organizational health, faith-informed care, and whole-person wellness.
Before stepping into full-time clinical and organizational leadership, Dr. Trevor served in pastoral ministry for more than two decades in California, South Dakota, and Florida. That background continues to shape his heart for people, relationships, leadership, and the integration of theology and therapy.
In addition to his leadership at LiveWell, Dr. Trevor is a strategic partner for PastorServe, where he cares for ministry leaders, couples, and teams around the country. He is the host of the Deeper by Design podcast and the developer of Renovi Relational Therapy, a relational model designed to help individuals, couples, and families better understand patterns, deepen connection, and pursue meaningful change.
Known for a warm, thoughtful, and deeply relational approach, Dr. Trevor speaks, writes, and teaches on topics including emotional health, marriage, leadership, boundaries, resilience, and connection. He is passionate about helping people get healthy, stay healthy, and live well.
