Tanesha Wilson
Tanesha Wilson, PMHNP-BC, MBA, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 22 years of nursing experience. Her clinical background includes acute care, medical-surgical nursing, telemetry, cardiovascular care, home health, case management, quality improvement, and healthcare leadership. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients with complex medical and behavioral health needs while collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
She brings more than 14 years of clinical leadership experience, with expertise in patient safety, regulatory compliance, staff development, utilization management, and evidence-based quality improvement. As a PMHNP, Tanesha is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered
mental health care across the lifespan. She believes in treating patients as whole people through comprehensive, holistic care rather than viewing them solely through the lens of a diagnosis. Her approach emphasizes careful listening, collaboration, education, and individualized treatment planning to help each patient achieve improved mental health and overall well-being.
Outside of work, she is married and a proud mother. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, participating in outdoor activities, and creating meaningful memories with the people she loves.
