Your Role: Transform Lives

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate clients through assessments and diagnostics.
● Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
● Provide Holistic Therapy: Offer individual, group, and family therapy to address psychological, emotional, and behavioral aspects.
● Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work with psychiatrists, dietitians/nutritionists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and primary care physicians/pediatricians to deliver comprehensive care.
● Maintain Excellence in Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
●Stay Ahead in Your Field: Participate in staff meetings and engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of the latest research, best practices, and trends in your specialization.

What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Professional: Must be a Licensed Psychologist.

● Educational Background: Doctoral degree in Psychology.
● Licensure: Valid and active licensure as a psychologist or mental health professional in Florida.
● Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for those with intensive outpatient program expertise.
● Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs and staff effectively.
● Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team of mental health professionals.
● Commitment to Excellence: A dedication to promoting a positive work environment and setting high standards of care.
● Knowledge of Ethical and Legal Standards: A thorough understanding of ethical and legal standards related to mental health practice and adherence to professional guidelines.
● Specialization: Special consideration will be given to specialties in EMDR, CBT, DBT, eating disorders, faith-based counseling, and children & adolescent counseling.

● Lead and Innovate: Oversee our Adult and Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), driving program development and ensuring the highest standards of care.
● Supervise and Inspire: Mentor and supervise interns, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they deliver exceptional care.
● Hospitalization Liaison: Act as a critical connection between our clinic and hospitalization facilities, ensuring seamless transitions and comprehensive patient care.
● Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled mental health professionals, setting a positive tone and promoting a collaborative work environment.
● Operational Excellence: Oversee program operations, enforce standards, and ensure our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

● Competitive Salary: Full-time, W2 position, $85,000 to $105,000 yearly based upon experience. Part-time could be considered.
