The Ministerial Care Initiative (MCI) is a local missional movement dedicated to care for ministry leaders, their families, ministry teams, and church families in Brevard County. MCI is a strategic focus of the LiveWell Center for Health and Wellness and its mission to empower individuals, families, and organizations to thrive in healthy communities.
This movement is built on two premises. First, we believe that healthy communities are lead by healthy leaders Therefore, we are committed to support the health of leaders. Second, we believe that communities are better, stronger, and more effective when serving together. Therefore, we are committed to strengthening connections and deepening relationships within the community of local church leaders to increase the collective impact of the local church in our community.
