Lori is a dedicated and compassionate counselor, driven by her deep love for connecting with people and helping them find clarity and solutions for their lives. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. 

Her counseling approach is deeply rooted in person-centered care, with the flexibility to incorporate various modalities like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), and faith-based counseling when aligned with her client's specific needs. Her clientele focus spans adolescents (aged 12+), adults, couples, and families, and she brings an extra dimension as a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) Relationship Expert.

Lori's unique background is enriched by her extensive experiences in multicultural settings overseas, where she not only raised her three children but also served as a nurse as well as a cultural and language acquisition coach for ex-pats.  The trials she has faced in her own life have not only fueled her personal growth but have also deepened her empathy for others reinforcing her commitment to walk alongside those seeking to rewrite their stories and transform their lives and relationships.
