Successful candidates will be either a licensed psychologist or licensed mental health counselor for the following positions:
Clinical Program Director (IOP Adult and Adolescent)
Child/Adolescent Therapist
Eating Disorder Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate clients through assessments and diagnostics.● Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
● Provide Holistic Therapy: Offer individual, group, and family therapy to address psychological, emotional, and behavioral aspects.
● Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work with psychiatrists, dietitians/nutritionists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and primary care physicians/pediatricians to deliver comprehensive care.
● Maintain Excellence in Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
● Stay Ahead in Your Field: Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of the latest research, best practices, and trends in your specialization.
What We’re Looking For: Your Expertise
General Qualifications for All Positions:
● Educational Background: Doctoral degree in Psychology or Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.● Licensure: Valid and active license as a psychologist or mental health professional in the state of Florida.
● Specialization: Specialized training and experience in your respective field (eating disorders, trauma, child/adolescent therapy).
● Expertise in Therapy: Proficient in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, FBT, EMDR, RPT.
● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
● Commitment to Growth: A demonstrated commitment to professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
● Knowledge of Ethical and Legal Standards: A thorough understanding of ethical and legal standards related to mental health practice and adherence to professional guidelines.
Position-Specific Qualifications:
1. Child/Adolescent Therapist:● Experience in providing therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents.
● Knowledge of developmental psychology and age-appropriate therapeutic techniques and common mental health issues affecting young people, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.
2. Clinical Program Director (IOP Adult and Adolescent):
● Leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in intensive outpatient programs.
● Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including leading and motivating a team of mental health professionals, setting and enforcing standards, promoting a positive work environment, and overseeing program operations and staff.
3. Eating Disorder Specialist:
● Extensive experience in assessing and treating various eating disorders.
● Proficiency in specialized therapies for eating disorder treatment.
● Certification: Certification as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) or a similar credential from a recognized professional organization, such as the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP) or working toward certification.

$65,000 - $90,000
