Dr. Catharina Jordan

PhD

Dr. Catharina Jordan is a Licensed Psychologist.  Dr. Jordan graduated from Rosemead School of Psychology in La Mirada, California, where she earned a Master of Arts degree and Doctor of Philosophy degree in clinical psychology. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology from Bethel University in Saint Paul, Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Northwestern in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

 

Dr. Jordan works with adults of all ages and has clinical experience working in outpatient and inpatient settings. She utilizes attachment-based and psychodynamic theories, cognitive-behavioral and behavioral approaches, and eye-movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Her therapeutic interests include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, existential concerns, relational dynamics, and life transitions.
