Dr. Andrea Coverman

Director of Clinical Programming

Dr. Andrea is a licensed Psychologist and holds a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology with a specialty in substance abuse treatment. She also has a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology and duel Bachelor of Arts degree in Multicultural Anthropology and Psychology.

Dr. Andrea is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), Division 12 of the APA for the practice of Clinical Psychology, the Florida Psychological Association (FPA), and is credentialed by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. She is a Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (LASAC) and is certified by the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC) as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. Additionally, Dr. Andrea is credentialed by the Florida Certification Board as a Certified Addition Professional (CAP).

Dr. Andrea has extensive training and experience a myriad of mental health and adjustment disorders including PTSD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, psychosis, anger and stress management, substance abuse, trauma, and multi-culturally sensitive therapies for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Dr. Andrea is the mother of a toddler and is married with two cats. She enjoys working out, anything related to music, and spending time with family and friends.
