Alesha Blair
Alesha Blair is a dedicated and empathetic mental health professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Conflict from the University of Central Florida. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Grace College, set to graduate in May 2025, Alesha serves as the President of the Grace College chapter of Chi Sigma Iota, an Academic and Professional Counseling Honors Society. As an active member of the American Counseling Association and the Space Coast Mental Health Counselors Association, Alesha is committed to continuous learning and professional development.
With a strong foundation in Internal Family Systems, Alesha is passionate about helping individuals overcome personal challenges and achieve well-being. Her approach is deeply rooted in empathy and connection, reflecting her dedication to supporting others in their journey toward mental and emotional health.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Alesha has been happily married for 15 years and is the proud mother of four children. She brings a wealth of personal experience and understanding to her practice, making her a compassionate and relatable guide for those she serves.
