Alesha Blair
Alesha believes real growth begins when we stop chasing perfection and start getting curious. In her work with clients, she creates a safe, shame-free space where individuals can explore their stories, strengthen their inner resources, and begin to see themselves with more compassion.
With a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Conflict from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College, Alesha brings both strong academic training and deep empathy into her work. She has additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal Theory, and she serves as Pre-Licensed Co-Chair for the Space Coast Mental Health Counselors Association.
Alesha specializes in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and challenges with self-worth. She also offers parenting support through a TBRI-informed, attachment-based lens and integrates faith into counseling for those who desire it. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical—blending evidence-based frameworks with tools clients can use in everyday life.
Outside the counseling room, Alesha has been married for 16 years and is a proud mom of four. She enjoys time in nature with her family, reading, and lifelong learning.
