Mary Alice Green

MA, LMHC

Mary Alice Green holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. She has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1992, serving adults, children, and their families.

 

Mary Alice specializes in children and adolescent issues: school, behavioral, anxiety/mood disorders, special needs, ADHD, Autism Spectrum disorders, and developmental delays. Individual and family meetings with play therapy, behavior modification and cognitive behavioral interventions are used. Master’s Internship was completed at Devereux Children’s Hospital working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum and behavioral disorders. Mary Alice has experience working in-home with children and families regarding abuse and neglect, foster care, adoption, and attachment disorders. She has coordinated on-site counseling programs for children and families in schools and homes. In addition, she has experience working with adolescent substance abuse and mental health issues. Christian counseling is offered when requested.
